Aloha Beach Camp offers a beach-centered summer experience focused on surfing, ocean skills, and active outdoor play. The atmosphere is upbeat, welcoming, and supportive, helping campers feel comfortable in the water, whether they’re stepping on a surfboard for the first time or already catching waves. Instructors emphasize fun, safety, and steady progress to create a positive learning environment.
Surfing is at the heart of the program. Campers learn paddling, popping up, balancing, and wave awareness through hands-on instruction and supervised ocean practice. Lessons are designed to build confidence gradually, with plenty of encouragement along the way. When campers aren’t surfing, they enjoy beach games, sand activities, and time to relax and socialize with friends.
The camp is especially appealing to elementary- and middle-school-age kids who love being outdoors and staying active. Younger campers benefit from clear routines and close guidance, while older campers enjoy longer water sessions and opportunities to refine skills. No prior surf experience is required—curiosity and a willingness to try are what matter most.
What makes Aloha Beach Camp stand out is its balance of structure and laid-back beach fun. Campers learn fundamental skills, gain confidence in the ocean, and enjoy the freedom of summer days spent outside.

Aloha Beach Camp is a day camp and does not offer overnight accommodations. Campers arrive each morning and return home at the end of the day. The program is designed to provide a whole beach camp experience during the day.
Daily routines help campers feel settled and ready for active days by the ocean. Instructors support smooth transitions between surf sessions, games, and rest periods, creating a predictable and comfortable flow that works well for younger campers while still feeling exciting for older kids.
The activities program at Aloha Beach Camp centers on surfing and classic beach fun. Campers spend a large portion of the day in the ocean, learning and practicing surf skills through guided instruction. Lessons focus on safety, technique, and confidence, helping campers enjoy steady progress.
Between surf sessions, campers take part in beach-based activities that balance the day. Games and group challenges keep energy high, while downtime on the sand allows campers to relax and socialize. The schedule adapts to ocean conditions to make the most of each day.
The program encourages independence, resilience, and respect for the ocean. Campers learn by doing, supported by instructors who emphasize effort and enjoyment rather than perfection.
