With an array of activities ranging from focused reflections, logistical planning, extensive communication training to success counseling, the program is a breeding ground for compassionate leaders.The pre-camp stage, commencing around the New Year, includes five months of engagement with new material through readings, videos, group chats, reflection essays and more. It's similar to the staff training program that preludes the summer season, covering various topics such as communication tools, community living principles and personal organization techniques.The final phase unfolds at the picturesque Camp Augusta during summer. This three-week intensive experience aims to strengthen the understanding of pre-camp materials through various workshops and co-leading activities for campers.
