Overview
Ever dreamt of steering your own ship? At Camp Fort Hill, kids can realize that dream, and more! Tucked away in the vibrant greenery of southern St. Joseph County, Michigan, this camp offers an abundance of adventurous activities. With a vast expanse of 240 acres, the region's natural beauty unfolds like the pages of a captivating storybook, making it a dream come true for young explorers.
The camp's focus on general sports encourages kids to stretch their legs and broaden their horizons. From morning till dusk, laughter and cheers echo through the woods as campers engage in spirited games and friendly competitions.
Accommodating up to 100 guests in seven cozy cabins, the camp also boasts a lodge equipped with cooking and dining facilities. A separate building houses modern restrooms and showers, ensuring a comfortable experience for all. However, don't be mistaken, this is not your typical camping experience. This is about fostering bonds with new friends, exploring unfamiliar terrains, and creating memories that last a lifetime.
Wish to make a splash? Lake Tamarack, nestled within the camp's boundaries, provides an ideal setting. It's not a public swimming area, but for campers, it's a private oasis. Grab a canoe and paddle your way to an unforgettable adventure. Just remember, this is no ordinary holiday, this is Camp Fort Hill, where every day brings a new adventure.
Please note, the camp primarily rents out the entire facility to youth groups who bring their own staff. On rare occasions, local organizations and large family groups can also book the facility. However, individual campsites are not rented out.
