The camp’s rich history dates back to 1954, with a vision conceived by Don McClanen, an Oklahoma State University student who saw the potential of sports as a platform to introduce Jesus Christ's teachings in a compelling way. The inaugural FCA Camp was in 1956, and it has since grown into the world's largest sports ministry.
