Players spend the camp day moving through focused soccer stations built around the technical and decision-making parts of the game. Training covers skill moves, passing, shooting, touch, control, velocity work, game IQ, vision, and small-sided games, with different international trainers leading different stations. The format is designed to give players repeated contact with several parts of their game in one concentrated day while also letting them train alongside players who normally attend on different days.
The soccer work is mixed with camp-style activities that make the day broader than a standard team practice. ELI7E highlights jumpers with slides, face painting, live holiday music, parachute velocity training, tug-of-war, potato sack races, fun races, and reaction games. The camp runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break. It takes place at the ELI7E game turf campus, identified by ELI7E as its Turf Game Sports Complex in Spring Valley.
This format is a strong match for players who enjoy an active day, want concentrated soccer repetition, and like rotating between technical training, game-focused work, and high-energy group activities.

The camp is organized around a rotation of soccer stations rather than one continuous team practice. Players move between trainers and focus areas throughout the day, working on skill moves, passing, shooting, touch, control, velocity, game IQ, vision, and game play. ELI7E describes the format as a way for athletes to complete a large amount of concentrated training in a single day while meeting players and trainers they may not normally work with.
Different international trainers lead the station work, giving players exposure to multiple coaching voices within the club. The soccer training is paired with additional camp activities, including parachute velocity training, tug-of-war, potato sack races, fun races, reaction games, jumpers with slides, face painting, and live holiday music. The day runs from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM and includes a one-hour lunch break.
The overall structure emphasizes active participation: technical repetition, decision-making work, game situations, movement training, and social time with a wider group of ELI7E players.

Camp station work is led by different international trainers within ELI7E FC. ELI7E describes its broader coaching staff as international and ex-collegiate NCAA player coaches who bring different playing and coaching backgrounds to their teams. The camp format gives players the chance to rotate among trainers rather than working with only one coach for the entire day.
