At Orange County, the camp offers soccer-minded campers a compact yet rigorous training experience. The day is built around repeated field sessions, coaching input, small competitions, and steady improvement. Players are first placed by age, then may be moved based on skill level after coaches see them train. That makes the program useful for a wide range of players, from motivated beginners to athletes already playing on teams. The best fit is a camper who wants to be coached, enjoys practice intensity, and likes learning inside a disciplined soccer environment.

This is a non-residential soccer camp. Campers come for the training day and leave after the afternoon program ends. Overnight stays, dorms, hotel rooms, and evening supervision are not part of the standard camp package.
Families traveling from outside Orange County need to arrange lodging on their own. The camp may be able to share information about partner hotels, but accommodation remains separate from registration. This setup works best for local families, players staying with relatives nearby, or visitors who already have a place to stay.
Because the schedule runs from 8 AM to 2 PM, families should plan morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up in advance. Any care before or after those hours requires an add-on service or separate family arrangement. The camp’s responsibility is centered on the training day, not overnight supervision.
Campers should arrive with lunch packed for the day. The schedule includes a lunch break, but meals are not automatically included in the standard camp fee.
Players should also bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and, ideally, a healthy snack. Water is available between sessions, but each camper still needs a personal bottle for the field. Isotonic drinks such as Powerade or Gatorade are recommended for players who may need extra hydration support during a busy training day.
Lunch can be purchased as an optional service.
The camp day follows a defined schedule, which helps keep players organized. Campers move through arrival, ceremonies, training blocks, breaks, lunch, competitions, and feedback. This structure matters because the camp serves a broad age range, from younger elementary-age players to older teens.
Training groups begin by age. Coaches may then adjust groups after watching players on the field, so campers train in a setting that better matches both age and ability. Official FC Bayern coaches lead the program, with assistant coaches helping manage the sessions.
Parents may watch from a designated area. They should stay outside the training space so coaches can run the program without interruption.
Weather procedures are part of the camp plan. If bad weather affects the field, campers move to a designated shelter area. If the camp day is canceled after it has begun, families need to return for pickup, as indoor facilities will not be available for the rest of the day.
FC Bayern Soccer Camp Orange County is organized around daily field training, practical skill work, and competition. Campers train for five days with official FC Bayern coaches and spend most of the program actively playing, practicing, or receiving feedback. The camp is not a loose recreational soccer week; it is a structured training environment with expectations around effort, focus, and sportsmanship.
The first day starts with an opening ceremony and group placement by age. Coaches then observe players and may move them into groups that better match their ability. This helps younger, newer, stronger, and more experienced players train at a pace that suits them better.
Most days include multiple training sessions, snack or water breaks, lunch, competitions, and feedback. Soccer development is paired with character-building themes, including discipline, leadership, teamwork, and fair play. The week closes with a final ceremony, where campers receive a certified diploma and selected players may be recognized with awards.
