Flight School Gymnastics (FSG) Day Camp offers a bright, active atmosphere designed for kids who love movement and want to try something a little different. The focus is on gymnastics fundamentals — but with plenty of fun twists like foam pits and rope swings — making it suitable for beginners through advanced levels. The camp emphasizes physical development (strength, coordination, flexibility) and mental growth (confidence, perseverance, community) in a safe, inclusive environment.
With a solid backdrop of gymnastics coaching, the program introduces campers to how gymnastics skills can help in other sports and everyday fitness. Kids will rotate through structured gymnastics stations and playful challenges, keeping the days fresh and engaging. For children ages 6-12, this camp hits a sweet spot: old enough to handle structured skills, young enough to enjoy playful movement and group fun. Whether your child is already flipping, or just curious, the camp adapts its pace so no one feels left behind. The coaches are certified through the national gymnastics body and the facility is built for this kind of active play.
Families who want a camp that blends serious physical activity with joyful exploration will find strong appeal here. As a day camp (9 a.m.–2 p.m.), it fits well into summer routines while allowing kids to return home each evening. The camp culture champions growth, fun, and community — a combo many parents and kids appreciate.

Since this is a day camp, overnight accommodation is not required; campers arrive in the morning and leave in the afternoon each day. Families should plan on drop-off in the morning and pick-up by 2 p.m., with no on-site sleeping or cabin stay. This arrangement allows campers to enjoy a full day of fun and return home for dinner, rest and family time.
Campers are asked to bring their own packed lunch and a water bottle each day. The camp provides snacks during breaks to keep energy levels up. Because activities are physically demanding, parents should pack nutritious and easy-to-eat meals—sandwiches, fruit, and light snacks work well. Lunch is typically eaten in a supervised setting, giving kids time to relax and socialize with their group before returning to the gym for more fun.
Safety is a top priority at Flight School Gymnastics. All coaches are certified through recognized gymnastics organizations and maintain CPR and first-aid training. The facility is designed specifically for gymnastics, equipped with cushioned mats, tumble tracks, and foam pits to minimize impact and injury risk. Instructors maintain small group ratios to ensure close supervision at all times.
The camp environment promotes both physical safety and emotional well-being. Campers are encouraged to take on challenges only when ready, with coaches guiding them through safe progressions. The emphasis on respect, listening, and teamwork creates a supportive space where kids feel confident trying new things.
While no specific medical policies are listed, it’s recommended that parents discuss any health concerns or medications with staff during registration. Coaches are CPR-certified, and first-aid supplies are available on site. Campers should bring any necessary personal medications clearly labeled, along with instructions. Parents can expect a caring environment where safety and wellness come first, though it’s best to confirm details about allergy management and emergency procedures before camp begins.
Each day at Flight School Gymnastics is a mix of structured training, active play, and teamwork. Campers rotate through stations to learn new gymnastics skills, play movement games, and safely explore their physical abilities. The camp’s goal is to make movement exciting while helping kids gain strength, flexibility, and self-confidence. Every activity is supervised by qualified coaches who adapt instruction for each child’s experience level.
