When the warm summer breeze begins to blow, it signals the return of the exhilarating Girls Lacrosse Skill Development Camp. In partnership with SMARTER Team Training, Coach Jess Onheiser has masterfully crafted an experience that goes beyond mere skill acquisition. This camp is a goldmine for enthusiastic middle school, high school, and even college athletes who are ready to elevate their game. The camp's program is like a well-rounded meal, serving up a balanced diet of sport-specific skills, speed, agility, and conditioning. But it doesn't stop there. It also adds a dash of mental preparation, ensuring athletes evolve beyond just physical prowess. It's a proven recipe that transforms good athletes into great ones over the summer. The camp schedule is as comfortable as a pair of old sneakers, running every Monday and Wednesday from 4-6 pm. Athletes can choose from two summer sessions: either June 17 - July 3 or July 8 - July 24. But don't think we've forgotten about the coaches. They're welcome to attend too, picking up valuable insights and discovering new techniques to motivate and inspire their teams.
