Save now and give your child the summer of a lifetime! Jam Camp West at Living Jazz, nestled in the breathtaking Northern California redwoods near Loma Mar, invites youth ages 10–17 to seven transformative days of music, dance, and community, July 18–24, 2026.
Unlike conventional music camps that rely on sheet music, Jam Camp West teaches everything by ear — ensuring every camper, regardless of skill level, can participate fully and joyfully. Choose from 20+ workshops daily spanning jazz, hip hop, blues, gospel, percussion, songwriting, instrumental ensembles, improv, beatboxing, open mics, and more. Beyond the music, campers enjoy swimming, hiking, outdoor crafts, and group field games — all set against the natural splendor of the redwood forest.
This life-changing program is led by an exceptional faculty: Camp Director Terrence Brewer, Head Counselor Samara Atkins, Josiah Woodson, Mark Rosenthal, Daria Johnson, Simon Russell, and more.
