As the curtain lifts on Maltz Jupiter Theatre Conservatory Vacation Camp, your child's summer becomes a symphony of laughter, creativity, and self-expression. This camp blends the magic of theatre with the fun of summer camp, presenting a vibrant palette of activities that cater to kids from kindergarten to grade 12. The Senior Conservatory, for grades 6-12, takes center stage in June, where young thespians get the chance to rehearse and perform 'Footloose.' With auditions only for placement, each child is guaranteed a role, promoting an inclusive environment where everyone shines in the spotlight. As June turns to July, the stage is set for a one-week camp exploring comedy, clowning, improvisation, and sketch comedy. This light-hearted and humorous session will have your little jesters rolling in the aisles while learning the art of making people laugh. By mid-July, the young ones in grades K-5 are offered a four-day camp, where they will be whisked away to a magical world of theatre. The week after, the Junior Conservatory opens its doors for students in grades 3-5 to rehearse and perform 'Honk, Jr.' August ushers in theatre camps with themes as diverse as "outer space" and "fairy tale", alongside a two-week 'dance intensive' camp for grades 6-12 under Broadway veteran Brian Andrews. At Maltz Jupiter Theatre Conservatory Vacation Camp, your child's summer will be an unforgettable experience of creativity and growth. And don't worry, we've got the early birds and night owls covered with pre-care and after-care options available. After all, the show must go on!
