Merri-Mac for Girls

High in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Camp Merri-Mac for Girls has been creating unforgettable summers since 1945. Located in Black Mountain, this Christian-based camp offers a rich variety of activities, meaningful traditions, and a nurturing community that helps girls grow in confidence, character, and faith. At Merri-Mac, every day is an adventure. These tribes compete in evening games and activities that foster teamwork and friendly rivalry while building lifelong bonds. The camp’s traditions, like tribal competitions and the White Feather Council (which recognizes character traits such as leadership and sportsmanship), create a sense of belonging and purpose that stays with girls long after summer ends. Faith is at the heart of everything at Merri-Mac. Daily chapel services by the lake provide moments for reflection and spiritual growth.
