Hands-on summer days revolve around changing themes, creative projects, science exploration, language and culture, outdoor play, and social development. July centers on Farm Animals, while August shifts to a Deep Sea theme. The program adds special-event days such as water play, a petting zoo visit, face painting, and movie days, giving children a mix of familiar routines and seasonal surprises.
The setting reflects the school’s Montessori approach. Children learn through active exploration, individual choice, tactile materials, and practical experiences rather than long whole-group lessons. The school describes classrooms designed for independent and small-group work, with Montessori materials supporting areas such as Practical Life, Sensorial learning, language, mathematics, science, and geography. Summer activities build on that hands-on environment with themed arts and crafts and STEM and science experiences.
Families can choose among half-day, full-day, and extended-day school hours, making the program adaptable to different daily schedules. The school also publishes a lunch program with scheduled nutritious snacks and lunches. Teachers are CPR and First Aid certified and have completed background checks. This camp is a strong fit for children who enjoy making, exploring, learning through real materials, and spending time in a structured school environment that balances guided activities with opportunities for independence and social growth.
