Overview

The NC-MSEN Pre-College Program at NC State University is a transformative year-round initiative designed to provide STEM enrichment and career awareness, and college preparation for students in grades 6 through 12. The NC-MSEN Pre-College Program offers a variety of learning opportunities, including a multiple-week Saturday Academy, a statewide STEM competition day, an academic awards recognition day, and the Summer Scholars Program. All activities are hands-on, engaging, and expose students to a variety of STEM fields.

Eligibility and Enrollment: The program is open to students residing in Eastern and Central North Carolina on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Students currently in the 12th grade are not eligible for the Summer Scholars Program.
Cost: $275 per week for the summer camp / $175 for students who participated in the program during the school year
School year costs: $170
