The Nike Volleyball Camp at Gaston Day School in Gastonia, North Carolina, is a fantastic opportunity for girls aged 10-16 to enhance their volleyball skills while having fun. Daily activities are scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday, with a half-day on Friday ending at 12:00 PM. Meals: Pizza, snacks, and drinks are available for purchase, but campers are welcome to bring their own lunch. Equipment: Campers should bring their own kneepads and well-broken-in volleyball shoes.
