O-D Camp at Southwestern University is built around strong fundamentals and expert coaching. The staff includes former professional players, experienced coaches, and college-level instructors who understand how to teach the game clearly and effectively. Players receive instruction in both offensive and defensive techniques, including passing, receiving, tackling, blocking, and positional responsibilities.
Training sessions are structured to help athletes build skills step by step. Coaches demonstrate techniques, guide repetition, and provide feedback that help players correct mistakes and build confidence. In addition to technical development, the camp emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship. Players are encouraged to communicate, support teammates, and compete with discipline.
The camp is open to athletes ages 6–18. Meal arrangements depend on the selected camp format. Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day participants receive lunch during camp hours.
Mega Camp Extended Day and Overnight participants receive both lunch and dinner to support longer training schedules.
All sessions are supervised by experienced coaches who emphasize proper technique and controlled progression. Drills are introduced at manageable speeds before advancing to more competitive situations.
Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to maintain appropriate matchups and reduce unnecessary risk. Structured rotations and organized stations help maintain order on the field.
Coaches reinforce discipline, sportsmanship, and communication throughout the camp. The environment supports both skill development and safe participation.
