At Offense-Defense Camp at Lasell University, the day moves with purpose. From the first whistle, athletes are immersed in a football-only environment where instruction is direct and expectations are clear. The focus remains on execution—how to move, how to react, and how to perform consistently under pressure.
Training is organized around position mastery. Players spend concentrated time working within their role group, learning the details that often separate average performance from strong performance. Sessions combine technical breakdowns with live reps, enabling athletes to apply corrections immediately. Speed, balance, body control, and awareness are reinforced throughout the schedule, not treated as separate add-ons.
The camp welcomes athletes ages 6–18, with instruction adjusted by age and ability. Younger participants gain structure and confidence through clearly guided drills. Older campers participate in higher-tempo sessions and more competitive matchups that require sharper focus and quicker decisions. Grouping ensures players are appropriately challenged.
Families can choose from Mini Camp Day, Mega Camp Day, Mega Camp Extended Day, or Overnight formats. Extended and Overnight options provide additional field time and a more immersive training rhythm. The college campus setting adds an extra layer of motivation, giving athletes a glimpse into a higher-level football atmosphere.

Overnight campers stay in supervised campus housing, offering a structured residential experience in a collegiate environment. Living on campus allows athletes to remain immersed in the football atmosphere while building camaraderie with fellow campers.
Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day participants attend scheduled training sessions and return home in the afternoon. Mega Camp Extended Day offers longer daily programming without overnight lodging.
Residential campers follow a clearly organized routine that includes practice blocks, meals, and supervised downtime. Staff members oversee housing areas to maintain order, accountability, and structure throughout the stay.
Meal service depends on the selected format. Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day participants receive lunch during camp hours. This break allows athletes to refuel before returning to afternoon drills.
Mega Camp Extended Day and Overnight participants receive both lunch and dinner to support the longer training schedule and extended on-campus time.
Structured instruction and controlled drills form the foundation of the camp’s safety approach. Coaches emphasize proper mechanics before increasing intensity, particularly during position-specific and competitive segments.
Athletes are grouped by age and skill level to maintain balanced matchups. Organized rotations and clearly communicated expectations help keep sessions orderly and focused.
Staff monitor exertion levels and reinforce sportsmanship throughout the program. The disciplined training format supports both skill development and player well-being.
The daily program focuses entirely on football development. Campers rotate through position-based instruction blocks where coaches break down stance, alignment, timing, and execution. Repetition builds consistency and reinforces proper mechanics.
Speed and agility segments improve balance, explosiveness, and reaction time. Controlled competitive drills simulate game situations while maintaining structured oversight. Coaches provide immediate feedback, allowing athletes to make adjustments on the spot.
Younger players work on mastering core fundamentals and understanding assignments. Older athletes face faster-tempo drills and higher expectations during competitive sessions. The structured schedule balances instruction and intensity, keeping players engaged throughout the day.
