Offense-Defense Camp at Coe College centers on structured football development in a disciplined, high-energy setting. The focus stays on fundamentals, repetition, and applying technique under competitive conditions. Coaches break down skills step by step, helping athletes understand not just what to do, but why it matters on the field.
Players train within position groups, allowing quarterbacks, receivers, linemen, and defensive athletes to receive targeted instruction. Footwork, leverage, timing, reaction speed, and situational awareness are emphasized throughout the day. Competitive drills allow athletes to apply newly learned skills in controlled matchups that simulate game scenarios.
The camp welcomes athletes ages 6–18. Younger players concentrate on building strong foundational habits and learning core responsibilities. Middle school and high school athletes encounter more advanced drills and faster-paced sessions that challenge decision-making and execution. Campers are grouped by age and ability to maintain an appropriate intensity level.
Four formats are available: Mini Camp Day, Mega Camp Day, Mega Camp Extended Day, and Overnight. Extended and Overnight options provide additional instructional time and a more immersive on-campus football environment.

The Overnight format offers supervised campus housing, giving athletes a structured residential experience. Staying on campus helps campers stay focused and build camaraderie with teammates outside of field sessions.
Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day participants attend scheduled training and return home each afternoon. Mega Camp Extended Day provides longer daily programming but does not include overnight lodging.
Residential campers follow an organized daily schedule that includes training blocks, meals, and supervised downtime. Staff oversee housing areas to maintain structure and accountability throughout the stay.
Coaches emphasize proper technique and structured instruction to promote safe participation. Drills are introduced progressively, allowing athletes to learn mechanics before increasing intensity.
Campers are grouped by age and ability to maintain balanced matchups during competitive drills. Organized rotations and clearly communicated expectations help keep sessions controlled and focused.
Staff monitor physical exertion and reinforce sportsmanship throughout camp. The structured environment supports both development and player well-being.
Food service is organized based on the selected camp experience. Players attending Mini Camp Day or Mega Camp Day receive lunch during their scheduled training hours, giving them time to refuel before returning to afternoon drills.
Athletes enrolled in Mega Camp Extended Day or the Overnight format receive both lunch and dinner. These additional meals support the longer daily schedule and extended time on the field.
The program focuses entirely on football skill development. Campers rotate through position-based instruction blocks where coaches break down stance, alignment, timing, and execution. Repetition allows athletes to build consistency and refine mechanics.
Speed and agility sessions improve balance, explosiveness, and reaction time. Competitive drills simulate game pressure in a structured format, helping athletes apply technique under realistic conditions. Coaches provide immediate feedback to support improvement during each session.
