O-D Camp at Ashley Booth Field is all about helping players get better in a clear and structured way. The days are active and organized. Athletes move through drills that teach proper technique first, then apply those skills in competitive situations. Coaches give direct feedback so players know exactly what to improve.
Campers train in position groups, meaning they focus on the skills most critical to their role. Offensive players focus on timing and execution. Defensive players work on reaction speed and smart positioning. Speed and agility exercises are included each day to build quickness and coordination.
The camp is open to athletes ages 6–18. Younger players learn strong basics and build confidence in a supportive setting. Middle and high school athletes participate in faster-paced drills and more competitive matches that prepare them for the season ahead. Players are grouped by age and ability to keep things challenging but manageable.
Families can choose from different camp formats, including day and overnight options, depending on how much time they want their athlete to spend training.
