Rolling Robots Summer Camps offer an engaging, hands-on STEM experience focused on robotics, coding, and engineering thinking. The atmosphere is energetic, collaborative, and curiosity-driven, encouraging campers to experiment, ask questions, and learn by doing. Instead of passive instruction, kids spend most of their time actively building and testing ideas.
The program centers on real-world robotics projects. Campers work with motors, sensors, and programmable components to bring their creations to life. Coding concepts are introduced in a clear, age-appropriate way, helping campers understand how software and hardware work together. Instructors guide each step while allowing room for creativity and independent problem-solving.
These camps are especially appealing to elementary- and middle-school–age children, generally around ages 5–15. Younger campers enjoy beginner-friendly builds and simple coding challenges, while older campers take on more complex projects that require planning, logic, and troubleshooting. No prior robotics or coding experience is required—campers are grouped by age and skill level to keep everyone challenged but comfortable.
What sets Rolling Robots apart is its emphasis on confidence and creativity. Campers don’t just follow instructions — they design, test, fail, fix, and succeed. By the end of camp, kids leave with new technical skills and the excitement of having built something that truly works.

Rolling Robots Summer Camps are day camps and do not offer overnight accommodation. Campers attend daily sessions and return home at the end of each day. This format is ideal for families looking for a structured STEM program without overnight stays.
The daily schedule is organized into clear activity blocks, including instruction, build time, testing, and breaks. Instructors manage transitions to keep the day moving smoothly and help campers stay focused and engaged throughout each session.
Safety is an important focus at Rolling Robots Summer Camps. Campers are supervised at all times by trained instructors during builds, coding sessions, and group activities. Clear rules are set for equipment use and workspace behavior to maintain an organized and safe environment.
Robotics tools and electronic components are introduced with proper instruction and used under guidance. Group sizes allow instructors to monitor progress closely and step in when support is needed. Emotional safety is also emphasized — campers are encouraged to ask questions, make mistakes, and help one another in a respectful setting.
The activities program at Rolling Robots Summer Camps is built around hands-on creation and problem-solving. Campers spend most of their day building robots, writing code, and testing ideas through fun, goal-based challenges. Learning is active and project-driven, keeping kids engaged from start to finish.
Instructors introduce engineering and coding concepts step by step, then give campers time to apply what they’ve learned. Campers learn how to troubleshoot issues, think logically, and collaborate with teammates. Challenges are adjusted by age and experience, ensuring beginners feel supported while advanced campers stay challenged.
The program encourages creativity alongside technical skills. Campers are free to experiment with designs, try different solutions, and learn from trial and error in a supportive environment.
