St. Sebastian's School Wrestling Clinic

The wrestling clinic will be led by head varsity coach, Mr. Matt Willey and head middle school coach, Mr. Ed McCarthy. The wrestling clinic is geared both for newcomers and high schoolers with varsity ambitions. Wrestlers will be taught the basics of wrestling and given opportunities to have matches against opponents of the same experience level and in comparable weight classes. Wrestlers must provide their own wrestling shoes and should wear appropriate athletic attire. Headgear is encouraged but not required. Each wrestler should bring ample water but will be able to refill while in the facilities.
