The four-star Hotel Kristall is located in the spa village of Grossarl, in a quiet and very picturesque location and only a five-minute walk from the lifts. The hotel is geared towards holidays with children, which can be felt literally at every turn. The playroom is wonderfully decorated and will delight young and old alike. There are toys, dolls, coloring books, constructors, and for schoolchildren there are game consoles and board games. During the warmer months, all children are invited to the outdoor playground with a sandpit, swings and slides. From July to August, there are day care centres for children.
Although the hotel has no indoor swimming pool and the spa area is limited to massage treatments only, access to the spa area and the pool at the Tauernhof hotel (approx. 10 minutes' walk) is included in the accommodation price.
The meals at Kristall are fully in keeping with the category of the hotel: tasty, fresh. For breakfast there is always a good selection of fresh organic products as well as hot dishes, several kinds of ice cream and fruit are offered daily. Rooms are spacious and clean and designed to accommodate children. A baby cot, baby monitor, bottle warmer and a nappy basket are always available on request.
