"Metzgerwirt" is a cosy, family-run hotel located in the centre of Kirchberg, within walking distance of restaurants and shops and just a three-minute walk from the ski-bus stop. The building was built in 1990 and was fully renovated in 2006. The main advantage of the hotel is a special welcoming atmosphere, which allows you to fully relax and enjoy your holiday in this wonderful resort.
In addition to the excellent staff, the hotel owner himself is also very attentive and helpful and will always answer any questions you may have and help you plan your holiday in the most efficient way.
Rooms at Metzgerwirt are small, especially the standard ones, but this nuance is compensated by their cleanliness and cosiness. There is no classic two-bedroom family room option; for families with two children there is a one-bedroom family room that can accommodate four people.
The staff clean the rooms as well as the public areas, including the restaurant, to a very high standard, which is essential if you are travelling on holiday with children.
For younger guests the hotel offers a small games room, a Playstation, an outdoor playground in the summertime and table tennis. A very nice spa area with saunas, relaxation room, infrared cabin, but unfortunately no pool.
Meals in "Metzgerwirt" are of high quality and tasty, offering a variety of breakfasts (buffet) and dinners (four courses and salad bar). A special menu for children is available.
Next to the hotel is the Kirchberg ski school. Overall, the hotel is very pleasant and due to its quality service, convenient location, very high level of cleanliness and homely atmosphere, it can be safely recommended to families coming to the resort with children.
