The 4-star Gartenhotel Theresia is located a little away from central Hinterglemm, but not too far either — you can walk to the fun and après-ski centre in just 8-10 minutes. The free shuttle bus to the lifts in the main ski area stops right in front of the hotel (runs every 20 minutes).
Just across the street is the children's ski lift and the Mitteregglift, which takes you up to the main resort area on skis. From the side of the Mitteregglift you can take the blue line and from the side of the Reiterkogel lift you can take the red one, which is more difficult, and go straight down to the hotel.
The children have all the necessary conditions to make sure that the little ones have a good time. This is reflected in the large number of guests with children. Gartenhotel Theresia runs a kids' club with English-speaking staff all year round and has weekly games and activities, which are advertised in the weekly kids' newsletter.
There is something for everyone in the games room. Older children are offered board games and consoles, while the younger ones are provided with developmental games and toys. Prams, baby carriers, sleds, bicycles, swimming accessories and many other useful items are always available for parents to borrow.
The meals at the "Gartenhotel Theresia" are varied and of high quality. Breakfast is included in the accommodation price. Most of the meals served to guests are made from natural, organic produce from local farms.
The disadvantages of the complex include the proximity of the road and the noise from the cars (we recommend you pay attention to this nuance when choosing a room). Very conveniently, the hotel has a ski school "Alpin Skischule". Especially popular among holidaymakers is a large SPA-zone with outdoor and indoor heated pools, saunas and steam rooms. The children's outdoor pool is equipped with a small water slide.

Zwolferkogel is 38-43 m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. There is a double bed, 1 or 2 sofas, a bathroom and a balcony.
Reiterkogel is a new room (2012) with an area of about 40 square meters, which can accommodate 2 or 3 people. Includes a double bed, corner sofa and an extra bed for a child, bathroom, west-facing balcony.

Gaisstein - room area is 46-55 square metres. Maximum occupancy is 3-5 people. Corner sofa, double bed, 1-2 sofas in the parents' room, separate room for children with bunk beds or cot, south-east facing balcony or terrace, bathroom.
Asitz - room of 60 square metres with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. There is a parents' room with a double bed, a corner sofa and a sofa bed, a separate room for up to 3 children, a south-east facing balcony and a bathroom.

Alpengarten is a room that was renovated in 2012. The 60 sqm room can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Two bedrooms, living room, northwest-facing balcony (garden), bathroom. Complimentary underground parking space.
Sonnspitz is a three-room apartment, consisting of a living room and two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom with separate shower, separate bathroom, without balcony, with windows overlooking the garden. Room for 3 to 6 persons.
The hotel also offers 2-, 3- and 4-room apartments with kitchen in the neighbouring building "Hotel Johann", which is connected to the Gartnhotel Theresia by a passage.
Kidvoyage recommends: Rooms overlooking the road are cheaper, but also more noisy due to traffic and the noise of the river. Rooms with a garden view are quieter, but with less scenic views
