The Kings Hotel Center is a small but very comfortable three-star hotel located on a street parallel to the one leading to the train station. The historic centre of Munich is within walking distance (10-15 minutes), as well as underground and tram stops, car rental agencies, Rewe and Aldi supermarkets. If you are arriving by car, you can use the underground car park (subject to a charge), and if the car park is full, the hotel offers a good discount on the adjacent municipal car park.
Despite its proximity to the station, the area is quite quiet and, with your room overlooking the inner courtyard, you will not feel at all like you are in the bustling centre of Munich.
The interior is period (solid wood furniture, four-poster beds, paintings) and the rooms are small. A free baby cot is available on request at the time of booking. Breakfast, a buffet, is generally not included in the room rate and can be ordered on site at an extra charge. The choice of dishes is good and the food is delicious.
The good location, the excellent value for money (the hotel often offers special rates) and the comfortable and homely environment make the Kings Hotel Center a great choice for families with children, whether they are in Munich for sightseeing or for a short stay.
