The four-star GHT Aquarium & Spa is located in the resort town of Lloret de Mar, a ten-minute walk from Fenals Beach. The water here, as on Lloret's beaches, is calm and crystal clear. The hotel has been recently renovated; it consists of a five-storey building equipped with wheelchair ramps. The rooms are small but quite cosy. Cots, potties and baby bathtubs are available on request.
The hotel offers guests two outdoor pools with a children's section, a gym, a free spa centre, an archery range, and a playground in the shade. There is a mini club and a fun animation team during the summer.
Meals at GHT Aquarium & Spa are high quality and tasty; kids can choose mashed potatoes, steamed cutlets, pasta, and aromatic buns. The restaurant has a microwave oven for heating baby food and milk. The only drawback is the paid drinks at lunch and dinner. When booking your room, you can choose breakfast only, breakfast and dinner or full board.
The staff at the hotel is very friendly, always happy to help and solve any problem. There is a bus station and supermarket close to the hotel. Lloret de Mar train station, from where buses to Girona airport depart, is a 10-minute walk away.
