The four-star Hotel Blaumar is located on the sunny Costa Brava and shares a common area with the Blaucel Hotel. The hotel is away from the noisy tracks and discos, so it is perfect for families with children or those who just want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. A five-minute walk away is the public beach, where you can have a great time, but it is worth paying attention to the fact that there is a sharp entrance to the sea in some areas.
Rooms at Blaumar are not very big, with balconies overlooking the seascape or mountains. Rooms are cleaned daily. Baby or extra beds are available for babies at an extra charge.
Meals are organised on a breakfast-only, half-board, full-board or all-inclusive basis. The menu offers a wide choice of side dishes, meat specialities, seafood, pastries, fruit and desserts. The kids can choose oatmeal, muesli, yoghurt, and egg dishes for breakfast. In low season, restaurant services are available at the neighbouring Hotel Blaucel.
From June to September, Blaumar animation team works. For children, there is a mini-club where cheerful animators conduct various contests, competitions, handicraft lessons, dance programmes, and games in the children's pool. If desired, you can rent bicycles and go on an exciting walk, enjoying the clean air and the beauty of the surroundings. Not far from the hotel is the Marimurtra Botanical Garden with plants from the Canary Islands, Mexico, South Africa and South America. A tourist steam train, which runs directly from the hotel complex, can reach it.
