The Best Maritim is a four-star chain hotel located in the Vilafortuny neighbourhood, 5 km from the town of Cambrils, often called the gastronomic capital of the Costa Dorada. Buses to Barcelona Airport, Salou, PortAventura amusement park and Tarragona stop in front of the hotel.
The hotel complex is practically on the beach, so you can even hear the surf in the rooms in the evenings. A narrow bicycle path separates the hotel and the beach. The beach is clean and sandy, with a smooth entrance to the water, attracting many families with children.
