Berkeley Rep Summer Programs

The Berkeley Rep Summer Programs offer a range of sessions tailored to different age groups and interests. Younger campers (grades 1–5) join the Play Creation Camp, where they explore storytelling through acting, movement, and improvisation. Middle school and high school students can enroll in Theatre or Film Intensives, developing original plays or short films under the guidance of professional artists.

Elective workshops allow students to experiment with stage combat, playwriting, on-camera performance, and dance-voice integration. Each day includes warm-ups, rehearsals, technical training, and creative collaboration, fostering both artistic and social growth. The camp culminates in final performances or screenings open to family and friends.
