Crazy for Horses Kids Camp is a dream come true for young horse enthusiasts. This one-week program offers an immersive introduction to the world of horses, blending riding lessons with hands-on learning and creative activities. Over the course of three hours each day, campers will not only get to ride but also dive deep into understanding horse behavior, care, and anatomy. The camp provides a unique opportunity for children to experience both Western and English riding styles. Campers start the week exploring both disciplines and then choose their favorite to focus on for the remainder of the camp. From trail rides to games on horseback, every moment is designed to build confidence and strengthen the bond between rider and horse. Safety is a top priority here. Helmets and boots are available for those who need them, and the instructors are skilled professionals who emphasize proper techniques and horse handling. Beyond riding, campers will learn how to groom, identify horse breeds and colors, and even interpret equine "language." These lessons foster a deeper connection with the animals while teaching valuable skills. For a creative twist, arts and crafts sessions are sprinkled throughout the week, offering kids a chance to unwind and make keepsakes inspired by their equestrian adventures. Whether it’s brushing up on horse care or trotting through scenic trails, this camp promises an unforgettable experience filled with learning, laughter, and plenty of time in the saddle.
