Fit Kids America Poway offers summer day camp programs focused on youth fitness, movement, and sports skill development. The current Poway camp options include Multi-Sport Camp and Volleyball Camp. Multi-Sport Camp is listed for co-ed campers ages 5–13, while Volleyball Camp is listed for co-ed campers ages 7–13.
The camp is a good fit for children who enjoy active play but may not want to commit to one sport for the whole summer. Multi-Sport Camp gives kids a rotating set of sports and activities, with a new focus each week. Fit Kids America Poway is a day camp. It does not include overnight accommodation, cabins, dorm rooms, or residential supervision. Campers attend during the morning and return home after the scheduled camp session.
The Poway camp sessions are listed as half-day programs running Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This shorter format may work well for younger campers, children who are new to sports camps, or families looking for a morning activity rather than a full-day program.
Because the program is not residential, families should plan for daily transportation. Campers should arrive ready for physical activity and outdoor or gym-based play, depending on the selected camp.
