Overview

Gino’s Soccer Academy has been running for nearly three decades, welcoming tens of thousands of players from beginners to advanced competitors. The camp combines serious skill development with a fun, upbeat atmosphere: younger players focus on building joy, ball-touch confidence, and a love for the game, while older players receive targeted training on attacking moves, decision-making, and positional play.

Each day begins with individual work and small-group drills, progresses into small-sided games, and often ends with full-scrimmage games — ensuring children experience both structured training and game-like fun.

This camp is ideal for children aged 4 to 17 years. For very young players (ages 4–5), the half-day option is especially recommended, as the full-day program may be too long for their stamina. If your child loves soccer (or you’re hoping to spark that interest), enjoys learning in a group, and is ready for a week of energetic play, teamwork, and progress, this camp could be a perfect fit.

Why We Love It

  • Every camper receives thousands of touches on the ball in a fun and active environment.
  • Coaches bring real collegiate and professional experience, ensuring top-quality instruction.
  • Weekly traditions make it an authentic camp experience, not just a training week.

Best for

  • Kids aged 4–17 who love soccer or are eager to learn.
  • Players who enjoy active learning, teamwork, and friendly competition.
  • Young athletes ready to boost their confidence and skills while having fun outdoors.

While detailed safety policies are not published online, parents can expect attentive supervision during both drills and scrimmages, with hydration and rest built into the daily routine. Families are encouraged to contact the camp directly for specific details about emergency procedures and staff certifications.

Camp Traditions

Gino’s Soccer Academy combines rigorous training with fun, memorable traditions that help players bond and make the most of their week. Notable traditions include Picture Day on Tuesday morning, where campers receive a group photo at the Friday awards ceremony. Crazy Shirt Wednesday encourages players to show their personalities with colorful shirts or hats and compete for prizes. Trivia Thursday brings fun soccer-themed quizzes, and Pizza Friday wraps up the week with pizza lunch and awards. These light-hearted traditions help the camp feel like more than training — it becomes a celebration of teamwork, creativity, and friendship.
