Each day runs from 9 AM to 2 PM, with drop-off starting at 8:30 AM. Small class sizes (limited to 12 students per group) ensure personalized instruction and plenty of hands-on practice. Tuition includes all necessary equipment—apron, hat, recipe book—and even daily snacks and lunch, making it a comprehensive culinary experience. For older teens entering grades 10-12 who are considering a career in the food industry, JWU also offers a Collegiate Camp. This program dives deeper into the many facets of the culinary world, from international cuisines to sustainable food practices and emerging technologies.
