Martial arts anchors a varied summer day at Manna’s, where children ages five and older can combine age-specific training with sports, games, creative projects, chess, and local outings. Campers take part in martial arts classes during the week while also rotating through indoor and outdoor activities. The program includes park and community-pool visits, arts and crafts, drawing, and theme-based activities, giving children several different ways to stay active and engaged.
Families can use the camp flexibly, choosing from one to five days in a week. Regular camp hours run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with drop-off and pickup available within that window. The camp operates from Manna’s San Diego martial arts facility, which includes dedicated training floors and a multipurpose room used for school-age care and summer sports camps.
The experience is a good fit for children who enjoy movement, structured skill practice, games, and variety. Martial arts and self-defense are central parts of the program, while chess, crafts, sports, and field trips broaden the week beyond the training floor. Required enrollment and summer forms must be completed for participation.
