Led by Head Men's Basketball Coach Brian Good and his staff, this camp offers young athletes the opportunity to improve their game through comprehensive skill development and engaging activities. Comprehensive Basketball Training The Complete Skills Camp focuses on developing fundamental basketball skills, including shooting technique, footwork, team play skills, and basketball IQ. It is designed for players of all abilities to enhance their athletic performance and build confidence on the court. Camp Highlights Individualized Training: Low camper-to-coach ratio ensures personalized instruction in a small group setting. Daily Skill Development: Emphasis on fundamental development, team play skills, and basketball IQ. Nike Gear: Receive a Nike Basketball Camp T-shirt and other prizes. Program Details. Location: Wingate University, 220 N. Camden Rd., Wingate, NC Schedule: Overnight Campers Check-in: Monday at 8:30 AM Day Campers Check-in: Monday at 8:30 AM All Campers Closing Ceremony: Thursday at 3:30 PM Meals: Lunch is provided for day campers; overnight campers receive all meals. Housing for Overnight Campers Accommodation: Campers reside in Cannon North dorms on campus with two per room in suites featuring a common living area and kitchen. Roommate Requests: Accepted but not guaranteed; campers without requests will be paired with someone near their age. Additional Information Basketballs: Nike Versa Tack Basketballs are available for purchase during registration for $30. Bringing a basketball is not required as they are provided for camp instruction. Camper Evaluation: Participants are evaluated upon arrival to tailor instruction to their needs throughout the week. Medical Protocol: An athletic trainer is on-site to assist with any illness or injury. In emergencies, campers will be taken to the nearest hospital. Registration and Preparation Due to high demand and past sell-outs, early registration is highly encouraged. Campers should bring athletic clothing, shoes, a water bottle, and snacks.
