Offense-Defense (O-D) Camp at Northern Arizona University is a football training camp designed to develop position-specific skills, football IQ, and on-field confidence. The atmosphere is structured, competitive, and performance-driven. Coaches focus on fundamentals first, then build toward advanced mechanics and game application through repetition and feedback.
Athletes rotate through specialized drills tailored to their position. Quarterbacks, receivers, linemen, and defensive players all receive targeted instruction designed to sharpen technique and improve consistency. Speed, agility, and footwork are integrated into daily training sessions, helping players strengthen the physical tools that support performance.
The camp serves athletes ages 6–18. Younger players work on core fundamentals, coordination, and understanding the basics of the game. Middle school and high school athletes benefit from more advanced drills, competitive one-on-one sessions, and detailed position work. Campers are grouped by age and ability to create appropriate challenges and balanced competition.
O-D offers four different formats at this location: Mini Camp Day, Mega Camp Day, Mega Camp Extended Day, and Overnight. Each option provides structured football training, with Extended and Overnight formats offering additional instruction time and a more immersive experience. The college campus setting enhances the experience, giving athletes a glimpse of what high-level training environments are like.

Day camp participants (Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day) return home each afternoon. The Mega Camp Extended Day option offers longer training hours but does not include overnight housing.
Residential campers are supervised by staff and follow structured schedules that include both training and downtime. Staying on campus helps create a focused football environment and encourages camaraderie among athletes.
Meal arrangements vary by camp format.
For Mini Camp Day and Mega Camp Day participants, lunch is included during camp hours.
For Mega Camp Extended Day and Overnight participants, both lunch and dinner are provided. These meals support the longer daily schedule and extended training time.
