Rogue Parkour Gym Camp

Rogue Parkour Gym Camp

San Diego, CA, USA

Overview

Campers spend the day moving through parkour challenges built around vaulting, swinging, flipping, obstacle courses, games, and ninja warrior-style activities. Rogue Parkour Gym Camps welcome children ages 5–14 at all experience levels, so beginners can start with basic movement while more experienced campers continue developing skills. The program also includes arts and crafts, giving the day a mix of high-energy physical activity and quieter creative time.

Instruction emphasizes safe, sustainable progress. Campers start slowly, work at their current skill level, and build toward more difficult movements as they are ready. The camp connects physical practice with perseverance, self-discipline, and character development, while keeping the focus on active participation rather than competition. Children who enjoy climbing, jumping, movement puzzles, obstacle challenges, or learning new body-control skills may find the format especially appealing. The gym setting gives campers a dedicated space to practice parkour equipment skills and obstacle movement throughout the day.

Regular camp hours run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Families can also choose optional early drop-off from 8:00–9:00 AM and late pick-up from 3:00–5:00 PM. Registration can be for a full week or individual days, which gives families flexibility in how they use the program. Required camper health and pickup authorization forms support the camp’s check-in and care procedures.

Program

The camp is organized around progressive parkour training and obstacle-based play. Coaches introduce movement in a gradual way, beginning with skills that match each camper’s current level and then increasing the challenge as the camper becomes ready. The camp is open to beginners as well as children who already have parkour experience, so participation is not limited to one ability level.

During camp, children practice vaulting, swinging, flipping, and navigating obstacle courses. Games and ninja warrior-style challenges add variety and give campers additional ways to apply movement skills. Arts and crafts are also part of the camp offering, creating a break from continuous physical activity. The program’s stated character focus includes perseverance and self-discipline alongside physical skill development.

Families may register for a full week or by the day. Standard camp time is 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with optional early care from 8:00–9:00 AM and late care from 3:00–5:00 PM. Because the camp is designed for ages 5–14 and all experience levels, the structure centers on individual progression rather than requiring campers to arrive with a specific parkour background.

Safety

Camp instruction emphasizes safe and sustainable parkour. Campers start slowly and progress according to their current skill level rather than being pushed directly into advanced movement. Before camp, families are asked to complete required health and pickup authorization forms.

The pickup authorization form lets a parent or legal guardian name the adults who may collect a child. Authorized pickup adults must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to show photo identification. Changes to pickup authorization are made in writing.

Medical Care

Each camper must have a completed health form before participating in a Rogue Parkour camp. The form collects health information and asks families to report medications, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, inhalers, and similar items.

Parents or guardians can indicate whether a medication or medical device should be self-administered or administered by Rogue Parkour Gym staff. The form also notes that a limited amount of medication for life-threatening conditions, such as an inhaler or bee-sting kit, may need to stay with the camper. Health information may be used by health services staff or emergency medical personnel.

Logistics

Regular camp hours are 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. Optional early drop-off is available from 8:00–9:00 AM, and optional late pick-up runs from 3:00–5:00 PM. Families may register for a full week or individual days.

Before the first camp day, complete a health form for each camper and a pickup authorization form for the family. For parkour participation, the gym recommends workout clothes, sneakers, and a personal water bottle.
