Maximilian Munich

The hotel is housed in an old building and underwent another renovation in 2011. It now has 54 rooms of varying degrees of comfort in the heart of Munich, most of them in the main building and the rest in the two garden buildings. The rooms, decorated with French walnut furniture, overlook the rose garden and the streets of old Munich:  

City Studio 34-36 sqm, in the main building, with a large double bed, separate seating area, kitchenette with breakfast bar and dining table with two chairs. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and bathtub. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

Garden Studio overlooking the rose garden 32-35 sqm, in the main building and garden houses, most with balconies. The rooms have a king-size or ordinary double bed, a dining table, a seating area with armchairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a breakfast bar and the bathroom has a bath or shower cubicle. Maximum occupancy is two people.

City Suite 43-50 sqm, in the main building, with a separate living room and some rooms also with a separate kitchen. The suite has a large double bed, the bathroom has a bathtub, and some of the kitchens are equipped with a breakfast bar. Maximum occupancy is two adults and two children.

Garden Suite with a view of the rose garden, 36-47 sqm, in the main building, some with a balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard. The suites have a king-size or extra-large double bed, a seating area, and an equipped kitchen. Some kitchens have an additional breakfast bar. The bathrooms, some with a window, have showers. Maximum occupancy is two.

Twin Suite 61-68 sqm, in the main building, with two bedrooms featuring large or very large double beds with bedside tables and wardrobes. The living room has upholstered furniture, a dining table with 4 chairs and the kitchens in some of the rooms are equipped with bar counters. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.

Company Suite 85 sqm, in the main building, with two bedrooms overlooking a quiet street. The bedrooms have extra-large double beds and en suite bathrooms. The separate living room with an equipped kitchen has a balcony overlooking the rose garden. The living room has a seating area with a sofa bed and a dining table with chairs. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.

Garden Suite on the rooftop 68 sqm in size, located on the upper floor of the main building. The room is designed on two levels and overlooks the rose garden and Munich. The lower level features a living room with an equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining table and seating area. From the living room there is access to a balcony, and a spiral staircase leads to the roofed bedroom with a large double bed and a bathroom. The suite can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Park Suite 80 sqm, located on the ground floor of the garden cottages. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a vast balcony offer views of the rose garden from the lounge. There is a bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a seating area. The fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and dining table. There are two bathrooms — a guest bathroom with a shower cubicle and a bathroom in the bedroom. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

Rose Garden Suite with a view of the rose garden 80 sqm, on the upper floor of the garden houses, with a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room. The living room has a lounge corner, sofa bed, dining table for 4, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a breakfast bar. The bedroom has a large double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children.

The Family Maisonette is 91 sqm and is located on the top floor of the main building on two levels. On the first level, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a living room with an equipped kitchen. Apart from the dining table and upholstered furniture, there is a sofa bed in the living room. On the second level, accessible by stairs from the living room, is the master bedroom with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
